For clinicians & helping professionals

Reflective consultation

A steady, thoughtful space to slow down and think about the work — and about what the work asks of you.

What it is

Reflective consultation is a collaborative relationship that makes room for the thinking and feeling that helping work brings up. Rather than focusing only on cases and strategies, it attends to the parallel process — what the work stirs in us, what we carry, and how that shapes the care we offer.

Together we make space to wonder, to notice, and to return to your own clarity and confidence in the work.

Who it’s for

Clinicians, home visitors, early childhood and perinatal professionals, supervisors, and others in caregiving roles who want ongoing reflective support. This work can be especially meaningful for those in Infant Mental Health and Perinatal Mental Health settings, and for professionals working toward endorsement.
