Frequently asked questions

How many will attend?

This will be a closed group with the same 8–10 women invited and enrolled. We keep this a closed group so we can begin to build relationships with one another and feel safe in the sacred space we are creating together.

What happens if I miss a session?

We totally get it — you may have to miss a session. While it is ideal for you to be present for each of the six sessions, I am a mom and I know life does not always allow for that. I am happy to share what you may have missed, and we will welcome you back the following week. The cost of the group is a one-time fee that is not refunded if you miss a session or have to end early.

What do I need to bring?

You just need to bring you. Wear comfy clothes, bring water, and anything that helps you feel at ease.

Are children welcome?

While we would love to be able to welcome baby in arms, we want this space to be carved out just for you, where you can be present and take this time for yourself. We ask that you come alone and are open to prioritising your own needs during this time.
